Car Rentals:

Pick Up/Drop Off:

I agree to pick up and drop off within 1 hour of scheduled times. I will let Team Car Rentals know if my plans change.

Our cancellation policy is the following:

All Locations Rental Cars:

-$100 charge if canceled 10 or more days(240hrs) prior to your reservation pick-up date and time

-50% of predicted rental cost as listed on the reservation will be charged if canceled 3 days(72hrs) to 10 days(240hrs) prior to your reservation pick-up date and time

-100% of predicted rental cost as listed on the reservation will be charged if canceled less than 3 days(72hrs) prior to your reservation pick-up date and time

***You must email us and request to cancel at [email protected]. We use your cancellation request email timestamp to determine what your cancellation charge will be. We will confirm your request to cancel by replying with your cancellation receipt. Please allow up to 6 business hours for us to process your cancellation request.***

Reservation change policy is the following:

All Locations Rental Cars:

-If you request a change to be made to your reservation 10 or more days(240hrs) prior to your original reservation pickup date and time you can do so with no fee or charge for shortening your reservation

– If you request a change to be made to your reservation less than 10 days(240hrs) prior to your original reservation pickup date and time you can do so but the original predicted total price will not change if shortening your reservation

-All requests for extending or shifting your reservation are subject to availability

Rental Car Info:

A deposit for the full rental amount can be collected up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

Rental Car Terms, Conditions, Liability:

In addition to agreeing to these terms at checkout, you will be required to sign a paper copy when you pick up your rental vehicle.

I accept full financial responsibility for the vehicle and it’s accessories I’ve rented. I promise to return it clean, dry, and undamaged by the agreed date and time. If I fail to do so, I will pay for its repair, cleaning, drying, or replacement at the full retail rate plus any loss of use charges as determined by Team Car Rentals LLC. If the vehicle is returned late, I agree to pay for the additional hours/days at the Hourly/Extra Daily rate.

I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Team Car Rentals LLC, the renters & distributors of the vehicle and its accessories, and their owners, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage and injury to myself or to any person or property resulting from any cause including negligence, the selection, adjustment, and use of this vehicle. Team Car Rentals LLC provides no warranties, expressed or written.

I accept for use as is the vehicle listed on this form and accept full responsibility for the care of the vehicle. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any vehicle and its accessories rented under this agreement but not returned to Team Car Rentals LLC, and will reimburse Team Car Rentals LLC for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear and tear. I will return the rental vehicle and it’s accessories by the agreed date and time in clean condition to avoid any additional charges.

I agree that it is my responsibility to know how to properly use and operate the vehicle and obtain necessary instruction. I understand the function of, and I will not misuse or abuse, the rental vehicle. I am legally competent to sign this agreement and 21 years of age or older.

Should any provision of this agreement be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be either invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain in effect. This agreement, covenant, waiver and release shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of South Dakota, County of Pennington and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising from or related to this agreement shall be the state and/or federal courts located in Pennington County, South Dakota. I hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts located in Pennington County, South Dakota for any action arising from or related to this agreement.

In the event of a claim being brought to enforce rights under this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in the event of breach of this agreement.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS A BINDING CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

UTV’s/Side-by-Sides:

Our cancellation policy is the following:

All Locations UTV’s/Side-by-Sides:

-If canceled 7 or more days(168hrs) prior to your reservation pickup date and time there is no charge/cancellation fee

-If canceled 7 or less days(168hrs) prior to your reservation pickup date and time your card on file will be charged for the full predicted amount as shown on your reservation

-You may use your cancellation fee as a credit with us in the future, this never expires, simply call us to use!

***You must email us and request to cancel at [email protected]. We use your cancellation request email timestamp to determine what your cancellation charge will be. UTV/Side-by-Side Info:

A deposit for the full rental amount can be collected up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

UTV/Side-by-Side Tire Insurance Details:

-If purchased renter of UTV/Side-by-Side will not be charged if they puncture or destroy any singular tire of the rented UTV/Side-by-Side

-If purchased renter of UTV/Side-by-Side will not be charged the rescue fee required for Team UTV Rentals LLC to come out to renter’s location and change any singular tire of the rented UTV/Side-by-Side

-This covers only a singular tire, if multiple tires are punctured or destroyed the renter will be liable for the other tires and a rescue fee if separate trips are required

-If the renter’s rescue location is 40 or more miles from the pickup location the renter will be liable for the extra distance rescue costs involved

-This covers only a singular tire and single rescue fee, damage to the UTV/Side-by-Side’s rim, lug nuts, studs or any other components will be charged to the renter

UTV/Side-by-Side Terms, Conditions, Liability:

In addition to agreeing to these terms at checkout, you will be required to sign a paper contract as well as participate in an in-depth orientation before you can leave with your rental UTV/Side-by-Side.

I accept full financial responsibility for the UTV/Side-by-Side and it’s accessories I’ve rented. I promise to return it clean and undamaged by the agreed date and time. If I fail to do so, I will pay for its repair, cleaning, or replacement at the full current market retail rate plus any loss of use charges as determined by Team UTV Rentals LLC. If the UTV/Side-by-Side is returned late I agree that I will pay for the extra hours at the extra hourly rate as is listed on the Team UTV Rental Agreement.

I will return the rental UTV/Side-by-Side and it’s accessories by the agreed date and time in clean condition to avoid any additional charges. Vanderhall Autocycle Terms, Conditions, Liability:

In addition to agreeing to these terms at checkout, you will be required to sign a paper contract as well as participate in an in-depth orientation before you can leave with your rental Vanderhall Autocycle.

I accept full financial responsibility for the Vanderhall Autocycle and it’s accessories I’ve rented. I promise to return it clean and undamaged by the agreed date and time. If the Vanderhall Autocycle is returned late I agree that I will pay for the extra hours at the extra hourly rate as is listed on the Team Car Rental Agreement.

I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any Vanderhall Autocycle and its accessories rented under this agreement but not returned to Team Car Rentals LLC, and will reimburse Team Car Rentals LLC for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear and tear. I will return the rental Vanderhall Autocycle and it’s accessories by the agreed date and time in clean condition to avoid any additional charges. I agree that it is my responsibility to know how to properly use and operate the Vanderhall Autocycle and obtain necessary instruction prior to leaving Team Car Rentals location with said Vanderhall Autocycle.
